Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Our standard delivery is £3.95 to mainland UK. Free delivery is for any order over £40. We are currently unable to ship to rest of the world

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your new socks but if for any reason you aren’t we will refund your purchase with no questions asked. Please email customerservices@socksgotsole.com with your order number to inform us that you wish to return the item. We will confirm return address at this point. Please note; contact needs to be made within seven days from receipt of the socks to let us know you are returning them. After this time, we will not be able to offer any form of return, refund or exchange.

To minimise carbon emissions in relation to our business we don’t cover the cost of returns so this will need to be covered by yourself. Please use a trusted carrier and obtain proof of postage. All items returned need to be in suitable return packaging and must be;

  • Un worn

  • Un washed

  • In perfectly re-saleable condition.

Once the items have been returned and checked by us you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be made back to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

Any items incorrectly ordered by you cannot be exchanged. Please return items as per above returns policy and re-order the correct items/sizes.

Damaged Items / Incorrect Order

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or WE have sent the wrong item, they can be returned to us for a full refund or replacement. Please contact customer services at customerservices@socksgotsole.com stating what was wrong with the items and where possible showing photographic evidence if damaged. We will send you further instructions once details have been received. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during transit. You will need to contact the delivery provider directly.
